Inspiring Brightness and Beauty thru Art
I'm an emerging artist based in San Diego who paints animals, mythology, strong women, and more. I majored in painting and minored in printmaking at the San Francisco Art Institute and also studied in Scotland at the Glasgow School of Art. I love exploring different mediums (from charcoal to birdseed to even gummy bears!) to find new and exciting ways to create my art, but my focus is oil paint, watercolor, charcoal/graphite and digital painting.
Artist Statement
I am a Denver based multimedia artist from San Diego who focuses mainly on exploring feminist themes such as beauty, the body, and sexuality.
I pour my emotions into my art which evolves into me making unapologetically vulnerable work. As a woman who has struggled with my fair share of mental health issues from depression and anxiety, to eating disorders, I know what it's like to view the world as a dark and overwhelming place. I use paintings as a way to explore these tough topics as well as tackle these negative feelings in order to transform them into something beautiful.
Other themes I focus on are animals and nature. To me, animals are symbols of power, vulnerability, strength, and freedom and I love being able to capture this through my art. I have also been creating pet portraits since 2014. To me it is more than just painting a pet, it is about showing someone's love and connection to a family member through artistic expression.

I Do Commissions
If you want a pet portrait, or you like my art but want something you don't see, I do commissions!
Commissions work on a first come first serve basis. If you would like a rushed order, that will come with an additional rush fee. Please fill out the commission form/contract in as much detail as possible including reference photos if you are providing them. Half of the payment will be expected upfront as a nonrefundable security deposit once I start working on the painting.
